insight (CoFH core), xp boost (ender core) and experience boost (cyclic) are all enchantments that boost experience dropped when killing mobs. plenty of modpacks have all three. :-) cyclic's is the 'most powerful' and also increases block drops when mining. https://ftb.gamepedia.com/Experience_Boost.

The biggest problems I've run into with the older mod packs is that they tend to use a mod called NotEnoughIDs. It's in there to patch the way 1.12.2 addressed biomes, items, etc., in order to expand what you can add.
