13 sty 2024 · Same issue here. Updated iPhone 15 pro last night, now unresponsive screen. Everything else works, including buttons. Found a fix on another thread that worked! Doesn't require reset and restore: On a Mac, Download Apple Configurator from the Mac App Store. If you dont see you may need to update your OS.

13 gru 2023 · I had the identical problem immediately after iOS 17.3 update. To fix it I had quite a struggle but followed these steps: Reset the iPhone using vol up, vol down and hold the power button. Keep holding the power button held down until PC-wire-iPhone image shown. Connect it to Mac/Pc with iTunes.
23 lut 2024 · I did an iCloud backup at 4:16 am on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and the phone and all apps, settings, etc. were working fine UNTIL I did the update to IOS 17.3.1 at 6:45 am this morning. I have restarted the phone several times, I have tried the Apple Configurator on the MacBook and nothing.

Then, press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears. iPhone 7 and 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Side and Volume Down buttons until the Apple logo appears.
