21 mar 2022 · Hi, I can't get the keyboard to connect by bluetooth. I can get the keyboard into discover mode and the the Mac sees it in the bluetooth preferences window. When I go to connect it gives a code onscreen to type onto the device which I do and it says connected but still doesn't work.

The best advice I can give is to try un-pairing and re-pairing a couple times to see if that helps, and obviously make sure all the apps and drivers are up-to-date. Make sure you have the Mobile Connect window on your desktop activated/selected before you try clicking anything.
