Hello, I've been using Apple Music since it release on Windows. Mainly to play Lossless Music. I experienced most bugs and crashes a lot of people complained about and tried various fixes including tinkering with registry.
I had this issue on my laptop and solved it. It was caused by the killer wireless "optimization". Disable all optimization in the killer software, then uninstall it, problem solved. If you are using a killer wireless card, or have other similar network "optimizations" running, you may give it a try. This is a desktop with Ethernet.
It’s always been slow using Apple Music on PC, but this week I have been basically unable to use the application because of playback errors, glitches, and freezing. I have a pretty new PC and the latest version of Windows 10, so I’m honestly very surprised with how horrible it’s been working lately.
I stand corrected, looks like my work laptop runs a version of Windows 10 that's not recent enough (ah, the joys of corporate computers). I'll try again with my Windows 11 personal PC later today (had a look into it a couple weeks ago it still wasn't available in the UK then).
8 lut 2024 · Since the new Apple Music App on the Microsoft Windows Store launched, I installed it on my default C: drive on my Windows 10 PC, and when I logged in with my Apple ID nothing in the app would load, and it would not install any of my purchased music, not could I stream any of them.
Hey man, just wanted to let you know that this also works in Windows 11 if you either don't have the latest version or are outside of the US. You need to have both to install Apple Music from the Microsoft Store, but I was able to do it with your script. Thanks!
