15 sty 2023 · I tried reinstalling all 3 of the preview apps, same issue. I then searched Apps Settings for "Apple" and there was an Apple Mobile Device Support app. Uninstalled that, did not uninstall iTunes, restarted the Apple Devices app and my iPhone 13 mini and old iPod nano were showing up.
