I don't know the details of why/how it happens, but I have had several instances of crossed calls on my cellphone. My gf and I are on different carries (I think its the source of the problem), and on occasion, when I answer a call from her I get a completely random person talking on the other line.

23 lut 2023 · We had four cell phone lines that we switched from one provider to another (in Canada) about 48h ago. Two of the phones work perfectly fine. The two others do not. The issues: Phone number 1 makes phone calls as if it were coming from phone number 2, but when we call phone number 1 with its correct number, it works.
