For appointments made on or after July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 the hourly rate is $66 per hour. For appointments made on or after July 1, 2022 the hourly rate is $68 per hour. For appointments made on or after July 1, 2023 the hourly rate is $73 per hour.
