12 paź 2022 · What do I need to duck hunt in Iowa. Like most states, waterfowl hunters need to purchase several licenses and pay fees to be able to hunt in Iowa. Non-resident licenses tend to be more expensive, but are still affordable if you are planning to spend part of your season there.
Hunters must have a valid resident or nonresident hunting license and have paid the current Iowa wildlife habitat and migratory game bird fees. A federal duck stamp is not required. Shooting hours are 1/2-hour before sunrise until 1/2-hour after sunset each day.
