26 mar 2024 · You can print your W-2s starting January 10. If you chose Intuit Print, you only need to print your W-2s if your employee lost or didn’t get their original W-2. Select Employees, then Payroll Center. Select the File Forms tab. Select View/Print Forms & W-2s. Enter your payroll PIN, then select OK. Select the W-2s tab.
Employers prepare employee W-2s in QuickBooks and then upload the W-2 info to Intuit's servers. Employees get a notification email from the employer that lets them sign up and/or sign in to ViewMyPaycheck — the website that enables online access to W-2s.
Check to see if ViewMyPaycheck is available for their company. Make sure they have their Social Security number (SSN) handy and the net amount of the last paycheck issued by the company. If they don't have their last paycheck, they may ask you to provide that info.
