17 kwi 2024 · Implementation of the WHO intrapartum care model is effective in reducing the fear of childbirth during labor, improving childbirth experiences, and also improving women’s satisfaction with perceived intrapartum care quality.
The recommendations on intrapartum care for a positive childbirth experience are summarized in the table below. At the technical consultations, the implementation considerations for individual recommendations and for the guideline as a whole were discussed.
