Hi, I have an interview with Interac tomorrow. And the closer this becomes a reality, the more I grow concerned about it. I've read a bunch of Reddit threads weighing the pros and cons of Interac. But many of the threads are a few years old. And some of the information given is vague.
Many interac ALTs have to take out loans from interac to make ends meet. They are usually dependant on interac for overpriced car rentals, phone plans, and housing setups that keep them deep in the clutches of interac during their stay in Japan.
Interac tried to charge BOEs more money to shoulder the cost and many cut ties since heart undercut Interac. Also I heard Interac was trying to get certain BOES to switch from gyomu itaku to hakken contracts and many didn’t.

It's one of the larger providers of ALTs and AETs to public schools. Does anyone have any experiences (good or bad) with working for Interac?
