4 maj 2012 · parseInt(String str) assumes base-10 (unless the string starts with 0x or 0). parseInt(String str, int radix) uses the given base. I haven't looked at the code but I bet the first simply calls parseInt(str, 10) (except in those two special cases where it'll use 16 and 8).
