There are many individual mods that do the same thing as different IS functions, it is just that IS and Sim Blender combine a lot of mods into one download. Very convenient.

For example you can freeze time, edit relationships, ages on sims, change thier jobs out alot easier, bring sims back from the dead as well as a whole buffet of other abilities and options you'd otherwise not be able to do unless there was a cheat code for it.

Motives - Refresh a sim's motives, the whole family or everyone on lot. Set motives to static or dynamic.
