Offhand, the blue screen is significant as it indicates that the ILO TV is not receiving a signal from the DirecTV box (if one is used) or from the DirecTV feed. You could try pressing the VIDEO button on the ILO's remote a couple of time to cycle through the available input signal sources.
19 sty 2011 · The fan that I actually need, JMC Part No: 05001A0038, Model # 5015-12, is on the right side. I also uploaded a straight on picture of the connector. I suspect that JMC # 05001A0038 is a discontinued item and DirecTV probably changed out the fan to a newer fan that was readily available in the Supply Chain.
