28 paź 2010 · I have a 32 in ILO Tv and I cannot program the direct tv remote. I have tried ten different codes as suggested on the internet. The current DTV remote that I am using is RC 23.

Offhand, the blue screen is significant as it indicates that the ILO TV is not receiving a signal from the DirecTV box (if one is used) or from the DirecTV feed. You could try pressing the VIDEO button on the ILO's remote a couple of time to cycle through the available input signal sources.
