8 lip 2011 · The IHSA uses the "mercy" or "slaughter" rule to end one-sided baseball games. If your team is ahead by 15 or more runs after four innings, the game is concluded after the trailing team takes its at-bat in the fourth inning.
Bats must conform and be approved by any ONE of the following entities. If a player uses an illegal bat and gets a hit with such bat, then that player will be declared as being out and any runners will return to the base they were occupying at the time of the pitch.
