Try using revouninstaller. JD2 does capture links from the clipboard. You might have to enable it, though it should be on by default. There's a respective thread on steam underground that's all about IDM. Someone posted a registry cleaner there. I think it's a .bat file that cleans out IDM's registry entries. YOu could try that out.
Just remove HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3681227441-695364207-2395006485-1001_Classes\WOW6432Node\CLSID{07999AC3-058B-40BF-984F-69EB1E554CA7} from the registry and the trial should be reset. Hope this helps

Return to the previously-opened File Explorer session and select the folder above "PC App Store", Right click on "PC App Store" folder and select Delete, Open "Startup Apps" utility and toggle off the "PCAppStore" entry. Should be good to go at this point.
