I just discovered, by talking to a colleague, that the last person I spoke with at IDES gave me some inaccurate info that messed up my claim. I tried calling again today but it says I'm already in the queue (I shouldn't be unless IDES has scheduled a call for me on their own??).
So, how long do you wait for a callback before calling again? You can call 50 times in a row and it won't make a difference. You get in the queue once and can't get in again until you're called. Stay by your phone, sometimes the adjudicators fall behind or are out sick and you get rescheduled.
