25 cze 2024 · The organisation of the IARU contests has been changed during the IARU General Conference in Landshut(2017). It is proposed to create a team of experienced VHF contesters and contest robot owners/designers to define common checking rules for automatic contest adjudication applications.

The 2023 IARU HF World Championship exceeded 5,000 log entries for the fourth time in its history with 5,587 submissions. The total is just 95 logs short of the all-time record set in 2020.
