HWPO PRO is a progression based program for serious HARD WORKERS who are preparing to compete or working on their development. PRO has two key elements: COMP PREP and DEVELOPMENT. Athletes can switch between tracks at any time to align their training with their current goals.
16 kwi 2024 · To be fair, there were a number of insights/hacks that I took notes on that I will probably go back and review, but I would hardly call these tidbits a comprehensive training manual (for one of these, I’d strongly suggest reviewing the free CrossFit Level 1 Training Guide).
If you want to get the skills and experience to run a program like HWPO, there are better ways to do that and there really is no substitute for in person coaching especially with regards to oly lifting and gymnastics progressions.
