Connect your watch to your phone using the Huawei Health app. Navigate to the device details screen, go to eSIM management > One number, two devices > Activate or eSIM management > Standalone number > Activate, select the SIM card or carrier, and touch Continue.
Just scan the QR code with HUAWEI Health APP, then you can activate your eSIM with a few taps. But before you start, please ensure the following points have been completed. Your Watch and Phone are paired via the HUAWEI Health App.

Go to eSIM management > ACTIVATE NOW > Select SIM card > CONTINUE. Now, follow the on-screen instructions to activate online or by scanning the QR code of the carrier.
