13 kwi 2017 · I have phone in 3 and I cannot find any way to update. If I enter into settings and try to do scheduled check it informs that phone is up to date. Firmware version is "2.1.-update1".
Hi, I thought I'd start a separate discussion for those of us who've imported HTC Wildfires and are waiting for the Froyo update. I haven't got the update yet though it's supposed to be imminent. Froyo is already available on imported Desires.
29 wrz 2024 · Just letting everyone know that if your living in Europe you can get Froyo on your HTC Wildfire now! I'm on Vodafone UK Payg and have installed the update but i'm not sure about other networks. If you want to check for the update go to sytem settings>about phone>Software Update.

20 gru 2010 · The device looks very pretty — in fact, better than all phones in its price range. The Wildfire was shipped with android 2.1, but it is now being updated to android 2.2 world, albeit in phases. The first one to distribute the android 2.2 on Wildfire is Vodafone UK, beginning today.
