I can’t see the whole panel but I believe it’s a HP logic analyzer, something like the Model 1630A. The 0-9 and A-F buttons are for entering digital patterns in hexadecimal format. If there are bits that you want to match whether they’re a 0 or a 1, you put a “don’t care” in that bit position.
This is my first post in this group. Love HP test equipment. My most recent eBay grab is an HP 8557A Spectrum Analyzer in a 182T mainframe. First inspection revealed the 182T powered on and a trace was visible on the screen. No sweep with the plug-in installed.
Where do I get replacement white buttons for digits, output on/off, etc. They don't have to be labeled, just the right shape to fit HP power supplies which all have these buttons of a standard size.
