9 gru 2021 · Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer. If your printer in not in the list, turn it off and on, and then click Retry. If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
6 gru 2016 · When trying to print a test page, I get the error message "Failed to print the test page ....". When I run the diagnostic took from Windows, everything is fine. I run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility.
9 lis 2024 · I replaced the black cartridge and printed a test page, but when I push scan no light comes on. When I try to print something, there are big blank gaps in the center of each page. I am computer illiterate.

Step 2: Reset the printer. Turning the printer off, and then on again might resolve an Alignment failed error message.
23 lis 2012 · In order to clear the alignment message the printer needs to complete the alignment process including the scan of the alignment page printed. Follow the steps in the document link posted above by ShlomiL for troubleshooting.
29 wrz 2020 · The printer is connected and has an IP address. The HP Smart app is installed, and the Printer Status is 'Ready'. When I go to the <IP Address>/#hld-pgPrintInfo I can print the Print Info Page. I can also print an internal test page from the HP Print and Scan doctor app.
