The M allows you to dial in a sound very quickly, the L requires an understanding of how the tritone preamp works, but once figured out you can get any sound you want. I prefer the L, however the M is a great bass.

I drew this out as clear as I could so you can see where all the wires go. The preamp I will be using for this analysis is the MBEQ3. This is the USA version with the dark green PCB. The PCBs from Cort for the Tribute line are white.
18 maj 2021 · Having said that, I have a new Tribute L-2000 that I can't seem to dial-in the output on, and I'm hoping you all can offer some insight. I don't use a traditional bass amp, I have a D/preamp that feeds into my computer via USB and I use an amp sim from there.
27 cze 2013 · G&L recommends .018"-.022". Most others recommend less relief at around .012"-.015". Also, for the action, G&L does not publish a string height to the 17th fret, but instead publishes a starting measurement for the bridge section to bridge plate.
