12 gru 2016 · We have an HP Officejet 7310. The error message "Scanner Failure Turn Power Off then On" appears on the screen. Unplugging the device & plugging it back in doesn't clear the message. The device used to print, even though this message was always displayed, but it has decided not to print any longer.

8 sie 2015 · Seeing how the printer and computer are communicating as the printer will print from the PC, I would suggest that you try installing the free app "HP Scan and Capture", to see if that software will find and scan for you instead.
