Im pretty sure PS4 trophies show up in the PS3's XMB menu as well so you can check them there. You can see all your trophies on your web browser on my.playstation.com. No way natively. You’ll have to go to some website to check it.

12 mar 2022 · To view your own trophies on mobile just press your profile in app on top left and then go into Trophies section. I think the compare also works for any player you can search for on the app as long as they have trophy info public.
i made my own app, its totally manual (you need to add each trophy manually) and you can save on browser's local storage, or make a backup save file on you pc do load later if you clean you cookies. 140K subscribers in the Trophies community. A subreddit for those in quest of the almighty Platinum!
