The simple solution to this issue is to uninstall YouTube or any app that has compatibility issues. Then go to Appstore > your profile > purchased > select the app under "Not on this iPad > Then select the app that you would like to install and APP store give you an option to download last supported version of iOS.
If I can get Cercube or YouTube Vanced to eventually install in AltStore, does anyone know if they support iOS 12.5.6? Or will I have to try an older version that the YouTube app still supports?
I have an iPhone 5C/iOS 10.3.3 , with a working Youtube app version 14.44.3, so I assume the app runs well on your iPad. In case you are finding a way to install it, please open App Store -> Updates -> Purchased -> My Purchases/Family Purchases and get the app here.
