11 sie 2019 · I've tried several times to update my camera, following the instructions from Spypoint's website. Can't seem to get the new Firmware to load on the camera. I formatted the Sd card, it is the correct Sd card.

29 sie 2020 · So I chatted with support online, and they sent the firmware update over the air, and all mine are working again. So if they've stopped, check the firmware on your status report and cross reference with spypoint which you need.
Open the SPYPOINT app and log in. Tap on “Cameras” in the bar at the bottom left. In the camera overview, select the camera that needs a software update and tap on “Status”. Under “Firmware Version”, look for the Rev ID on the far right. This can be either 2 or 10. Select the appropriate version for your camera.
Mine does work on the old firmware, but for whatever reason, I can’t seem to get the new firmware to update the trail cams. I did every step according to the SPYPOINT website, but it doesn’t change anything.
