5 paź 2024 · As said by @FancyNintendoGamer567 there's a Priiloader patch to run foreign software from the official Wii Menu, pretty much every 3rd party loader (Gecko OS, Neogamma, usb loaders, etm) is region free out of the box. P.
I can't seem to find how I'm supposed to unlock the region-lock on the vWii mode. I don't know if I'm using the wrong keywords when searching, but the only answer I could find was "Install Priiloader", which seems outdated since the WiiU Hacks Guide page for vWii modding has a disclaimer saying that "Installing Priiloader will brick your vWii."
AnyRegion Changer is an application which allows you to make non-temporary changes to various region and language settings on your Wii's SYSCONF and setting.txt files. You may call this a "Region Mod," i.e. the settings will persist.
Follow this: https://wii.guide/. It'll show you how to install the Homebrew Channel and Priiloader. It's super easy. You have to install homebrew channel and prilloader, from there you can enable region free (and make a backup of the wii nand that is better but to do it you need a boot2).
26 sty 2007 · To access the channel as intended without the use of custom shortcuts to the app, there are 2 established methods as of February 2024: In Mario Kart Wii, on the file select screen, select Settings in the upper right → Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection → Select Region.
Take the foreign Wii you are trying to region change, and make sure it's up to date by doing a system update in settings. After that, mod the Wii as normal through Letterbomb followed by a Bootmii installation, and finally a Priiloader installation.
Access Priiloader by powering off the Wii, then hold down the Reset button while powering on your Wii until you see the Priiloader menu. You can also start Priiloader by loading the "Priiloader Launcher" via the HBC, or by holding escape on a USB connected keyboard while turning on your Wii.
