New Analytics allows you to track an average course grade for student submissions. The average course grade is the average of all student totals from the Gradebook. Course analytics will show you student activity, assignment submissions, grades, and student names.
The score details will tell you the class average on the assignment, the lowest score, the highest score, and how your score compares to the rest of the class. Viewing the score details is only available if your instructor enables it and it might depends how far the instructor is on grading.
You can view overall course grades in the Dashboard. This button is available to all user roles and displays grades for both courses being taken and courses being taught, if any. Note: You may not be able to view grade totals. Open Grades. In the Dashboard sidebar, click the View Grades button. View Courses.
2 lip 2024 · New Analytics allows you to track average course grades for student submissions using an interactive chart graph. Data is for viewing only and cannot directly be changed. You can view analytics in both active and concluded courses.
24 maj 2024 · The only icons that may display on a course card on the Dashboard are: Announcements. Discussions. Assignments. Files. Also, I am not aware of any other icon on the left-hand global navigation bar that would take you to an overall grades display for courses that someone is taking via Canvas.
Naveen then navigates to the New Analytics interface, where he can see the average course grade for each assessment. He overlays the online and campus-based cohort on top of this data. While there is some variance, he’s satisfied that results are relatively similar across the two cohorts.
