12 gru 2023 · To uninstall WSL on Windows 11, open Settings > Apps > Installed apps and remove the Linux distros and “Windows Subsystem for Linux” components. Finally, open Settings > System > Optional features > More Windows Features and remove the WSL and virtual machine components.

24 lut 2023 · For anyone else coming across this post after a recent update (22H2), they added a "windows store app" called "windows subsystem for Linux". You can search for it from the start menu, right click, and uninstall it.
