29 sty 2017 · You could try MCEdit if applying a movement speed buff to armor seems intimidating. There are plenty of tutorials on how to add the speed to armor. Also, the speed is on the boots and there isn't any item slot detection using command blocks involved, so that would be the easiest way I know how to do that sort of thing.
