Check r/freegamefindings and r/gamedealsfree every day or so, that's one of the best legitimate and legal ways to get free Steam games. You're not going to be getting Red Dead Redemption or Metro Exodus for free though.

I have been using 3D Warehouse, which I like a lot, and most of the models import very nicely into Twinmotion, with just a few tweaks to the textures and such. It's free, and works great. Unfortunately, a lot of the furniture I need is not available there, and only seems to be available on for-pay sites.
