What I do is head to C:\Users\ [USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\CitizenFX and copy the "kvs" folder (which primarily contains all the vMenu settings and saved things). That way, I have all my characters, vehicles, and weapons saved on both computers. Hope this helps :)
