Use your first terrasteel ingot to make the Alfheim portal, get some pixie dust, and make a recessive spark augment. Put that on the the pool that the flowers are feeding and it will automatically fill the rest.
You need to fill one at least halfway to make one terrasteel ingot. If you are using only endoflames, be advised that you are dealing with one of the slowest mana producers available in the mod. A single endoflame would need to be constantly fueled for about 92 hours and 35 minutes to fill an entire mana pool.

Then place the Terrestrial Agglomeration Plate on top of the central piece of Livingrock. To use the plate, it must be supplied with mana either through Mana Spreader or a Spark; the latter is recommended as the amount of mana required for each Terrasteel Ingot is very high.
