Instructions: Pour TSP in one bucket and fill the rest of the way with water. Make sure the TSP has dissolved and stir if necessary. Repeat Steps 1-2 with the oxalic acid. Soak your scrubbing brush in the TSP solution and begin to scrub a section of the deck. Work your way along the deck until all of it has been scrubbed. Rinse the deck with water.
