Bird house trapping is a Hunter technique that is used to catch birds. With this technique the player sets up bird houses on Fossil Island and fills them with seeds. The player then has to wait around 50 minutes for the bird houses to passively fill with birds.
How to do one. Grab 8 logs (4 if you're doing something after), hammer, chisel, digsite pendant, a bank tele, and 80 Barley (or whatever seeds) Right click Digsite pendant. Choose Fossil Island. Run north and click mushroom. Build in Verdant Valley. Build in Mushroom meadow.

For birdhouses, you'll need to complete bone voyage, make 4 clockworks (player owned house, wiki it), grab the cheap hop seeds, and will want to unlock the digsite pendant and make a fair few so you can actually get to the bird houses (varrock museum fossil cleaning).
