Hi all, I followed the 3ds hacks guide and managed to successfully put all the CFW on my 3DS. My next problem was "how do I install GBA games?", to which I found a youtube guide. But the hacks guide specifically mentioned to better not use video guides.
This hack called Pokemon Ancestral X is made for 3DS emulators using Pokemon X as its base and the file attach contains the instructions to patch.
13 wrz 2024 · On 3DS as far as emulation goes you have mGBA and gpsp, the first one can be accessed through both by a 3dsx file, and installed on your home menu through a cia file. Gpsp has better performance but as far as I know is only available as a core in retroarch.
ROM hacking isn't an easy process -- unless you have a very specific goal, such as removing a Pokémon or adding a specific item, it's an eclectic process - there are lot of little bits you need to know.
