9 mar 2021 · Case Prep allows you to select Case CATalyst, ASCII, and PDF files to name a few so you can begin to create a job dictionary or add to your current personal dictionary. When this dialog box appears, click Add or Alt+a. You can also click Remove if you incorrectly chose a file.
To make a job dictionary, Press Alt + F (File), then New, the Dictionary, then Job. Where it asks you to enter the job name, type in PUNCT and enter. You will be in an empty dictionary.
29 maj 2024 · From Manage Jobs, click Function, Export Dictionary to Writer. On the right hand side click the radio button next to WiFi . On the left hand side, under Export Files , check off any additional Job Dictionaries that you would also like to load onto the writer.
18 maj 2012 · As a scopist, I use either the update area or the job dictionary, depending on my client's wishes. When I D-define something, it goes into the user's update area, and every few weeks I will send that to my client so they can look through it and add what they want to their personal dictionary.
