A: Yes and No. You can't play on official servers but with Beat Together mod you can play on their servers. Search cs.rin.ru thread for files that are already configured to do this. This is so far only possible on steam version. Be sure to edit your username in SteamConfig.ini located in GameDirecotry/Beat Saber_Data/Plugins/x86_x64.
