Take door or hood off car. Place on ground next to car. Get on top of car and pick hood or door back up and then drop it so its under the car. Get back in the car and it should flip. Could take multiple attempt to get the angle right.
Just put them through a part of the car that's on the ground and fiddle with the tires until it recognizes the object, clips up through it, and pops your car off of the thing it's stuck on. Another option is to throw small logs at the tires while the car's trying to move.

Take a heavy item such as a car door and put it under the car (usually by standing on top of the car, grabbing the heavy item then dropping it so it falls under the car) then throw a small item at the car such as bandages or bark or really any throwable item... Rinse and repeat as needed.
If you're patient and lucky, crafting a fireplace (one firewood + 1 short stick) and holding it in your hand, you can use it to "bump" the vehicle by "placing" the fireplace so it gets embedded inside the car at the point where it is stuck with terrain.
