If you're patient and lucky, crafting a fireplace (one firewood + 1 short stick) and holding it in your hand, you can use it to "bump" the vehicle by "placing" the fireplace so it gets embedded inside the car at the point where it is stuck with terrain.

You only need 2 things to flip a car a door/trunk or water bottle or if u don't have a water bottle you can use anything u can throw.
Take door or hood off car. Place on ground next to car. Get on top of car and pick hood or door back up and then drop it so its under the car. Get back in the car and it should flip. Could take multiple attempt to get the angle right.
Try building a gate next to it in a way that it will swing into the car. Knowing Dayz physics, it will either flip over, or shake violently and fall through the ground.
Just put them through a part of the car that's on the ground and fiddle with the tires until it recognizes the object, clips up through it, and pops your car off of the thing it's stuck on. Another option is to throw small logs at the tires while the car's trying to move.
