If you are stuck with a lower refresh rate when you have a high refresh rate monitor and Valorant settings are set to your monitors refresh rate, here is a potential fix. in the Intel Command Centre under Display-->Global Settings, you untick the Adaptive Sync (VESA adaptive sync feature)
You are not seeing 144 fps, you are seeing 60. Any benefit of running above your monitors refresh rate will depend on the game. There might be less stutters, but if thats not a problem at 60 its pointless to run at 144.
