I’ve tried using /summon horse ~ ~ ~ {Health:30f,Tame:1b,Variant:1024,Attributes:[{Name:generic.maxHealth,Base:30},{Name:generic.movementSpeed,Base:0.3375},{Name:horse.jumpStrength,Base:1.0}]} but the only thing that changes is the health, the horse can’t even clear 3 blocks ignoring the base jump value is maxed at 1.0
Splash the horses with speed 2 and breed them. The offspring will always be faster than the slow horse so kill the slow horse. If the new horse is faster than the fast horse too, then the fast horse becomes the new slow horse, new horse becomes fast horse. If not, then new horse becomes slow horse.
You can do it by finding 2 horses, using speed 2 potions on them, then you breed the horses. The parent horses will eventually lose the speed 2 effect, but the baby horse will be 40% faster than its parents.
