4 kwi 2022 · I'll add to the above answer as it's been moved again and they only allow upgrades in the storage setting. https://one.google.com/settings. Go to: Settings > Change Membership Plan. You can downgrade in there.
Question. I was offered a free month of Google one, so rather than picking the lower data plans (200 and 500gb was also offered), I selected 2tb. Now that the free month is almost over, I want to subscribe to a cheaper plan 200 or 500gb, but when I go to change subscription, it only gives me the higher tier options, no lower options.
Can you visit the link https://one.google.com/storage, log into your Google account, take a screenshot of the page & upload that?
Follow the steps below to downgrade or change plans in Google One: Windows & Mac. Go to Google One Settings console. Log in with the account you have Google One subscription plan. Expand Change membership plan. Scroll down to find Downgrade options. Click on the button with the price beside the plan to downgrade Google One. Android & iPhone
Go to Google one settings > change my plan and you will see the downgrade option at the end.
