You can add or remove a mobile phone number from your account in your settings. We recommend that you always add an email to your account to help you gain access to your account in case you ever lose access to your mobile phone.
Click Settings. Click Accounts Center, then click Password and security. Click Change password, then click the account you'd like to update. Enter your current password and new password. Click Change password. Note: Not everyone will be able to access this setting in Accounts Center at this time.
Change Your Password. To change your password on Facebook if you're already logged in: Scroll to the bottom of Facebook and tap Settings & Privacy. Tap Password and security. Tap Change Password. Type your current and new password and re-type new password, then tap Save Changes.
