How do I close my ProPay Payments Account? You can cancel your ProPay Payments Account in one of two ways: Contact ProPay Customer Service by calling 866-573-0951 and verify your date of birth, Social Security number, and mailing address. We will then close your account.
To change your e-mail address, log in to your ProPay Account using your old e-mail address. Once you do so, access the Edit My Profile area (the link is below the My Account tab towards the top left) and there you will see the link to change your e-mail address.
From here you have the option to change your street address or phone number, email address, password, challenge questions, bank account or Phone Access PIN. Remember that your evening phone number is what will show up on your customers' credit card statements, so be sure that number is accurate.
