Here's how I set it up: I set it up with 4 divisions. I used a random number generator to determine draft order (did a live video for transparency lol). Picks 1-3 are a division, 4-6 are a division, etc. Division rivals play each other twice and everyone else in the league once.
If you league has divisions, how do/did you choose which teams are in which division? Random? Geographic? Social? Some sort of choosing poll? Are the divisions new each year for fairness or do they stay to develop their own identities and rivalries?
