In this book, the author has taken everyday experiences and explored how intelligent people acted stupidly using practical and relatable examples in easy-to-read paragraphs.
I would recommend reading books, and I'd recommend using actual physical books so that you don't get diverted by reading on your phone or a tablet or computer. I would start with Animal Farm, then 1984.
The key is putting enough effort into a method to see how well it works, without being stuck with just that method if it doesn't work well. Effort, especially up front, is the common underlying factor here.
2 wrz 2024 · Read regularly to cultivate your intellect. Challenge yourself to learn new things. Stay physically active. The mind cannot grow if the body is weak. Learn a new language or play an instrument. Improve your vocabulary so you can articulate yourself better. Look for opportunities to grow wherever you can.
